Nursing staff is nice but doctor on duty there has no clue what he is doing. They do not check on patients like they should and lie about medication's they are taking.

Stay away from any and all Consulate owned facilities. They don't want to pay for enough staff. They use rock bottom state mandated bare minimums for staffing hours. They ignore the types of patients/acuity and only look at the dollar signs. Always go to a facility that staffs over the state required staffing hours.

Stay away from this place! My dad was placed on an antipsychotic medication without my permission. Three weeks later, he ended up in the hospital. This facility is not careful with medications. My dad was given injections that belonged to other residents and was often not given his own medications. Had to get him out of there.
