Six months on and the roof is still leaking. The contractor promises to turn up then doesn't and is refusing to refund despite making no reasonable effort to resolve the problem. I was charged $1900 for a 20 minute job to paste sealant around flashing on the chimney.

It was an extreme hassle to get the job done correctly. If my husband had not gone up on the rood we would never have realized what VERY POOR quality had been done. After refusing to pay until it was completed to our satisfaction, the issue was resolved by further work.
