Terry Constant represented a personal injury case for me several years ago. I was told there was a meeting to attempt to settle out of court. After the meeting I received a telephone call stating there was no settlement and I would need a lot more money to go to court and was better off just dropping the case. Of course, this is just my personal opinion based on my own unsavory experience with Terry Constant...but, I've heard from several others who share the same poor opinion of him. I'm suggesting that you RUN, I repeat...RUN, do not walk away…
