I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I purchased a barcelona style day bed in June for almost $1400. I was told it was ""real"" leather by the person who works there. They also attached a Design Within Reach page showing the same daybed and wrote on this print out ""compare to the ""original Knoll version"" The print out states that the material used is ""Single Spinneybeck Volo cowhide"" I purchased the day bed in good faith that it was as they stated ""real leather"" I recently scratched the daybed _totally my fault_ and noticed that the material did not look like real leather. I listed my items for sale on craigslist and got a ton of wierdo's responding, and nobody showed up to see the stuff when they said they would. I decided to contact the consignment store in my neighborhood, but they had more small stuff, didn't really do furniture. They referred me to the consignment solution in lakewood. These people are great to work with. I dropped off my stuff and kind of forgot about it, until at the end of the month I got a check from them for good money.
