I think this place is awesome ...I have bought many many items and used furniture. They have great preowned items..especially furniture ..

Absolutely horrible place. The staff are unfriendly and downright rude. I will NEVER go there again. The staff need a class (or two or three!) on customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

Lots of nice stuff but over priced and the ladies who work there have 0 customer service skills and there is no bathrooms or trash cans outside because "if there was the customers would be cleaning out their cars

I go there often, and have purchased from them. My big concern is the pricing of the furniture. If you look you can find similar furniture at a lower price, if you don't want to wait for the furniture they have to go down. Last time I was there, they had a pit couch for sale, and later that day saw the same couch for sale new at a furniture store for only $100 more than they were asking.

It's a decent place if you're looking for something as close to new as you're going to get without being new. They have a fair mixture of everything, including chairs, couches, tons of big, wooden furniture like armoires and china cabinets, and dining room sets. I bought a Southwestern style couch here years …

Customers are responsible for loading large items into their vehicles. Vicki Reynolds opened the first Consignment Gallery in Amherst, MA.
