I called to see if I could consign a camelback sofa. I described it and the owner asked me to send pictures. We discussed the color and he told me color didn't matter because anyone buying it would want to re-cover it. Two weeks after I had e-mailed pictures (as instructed), I still had heard nothing back. When I called, the person answering the phone told me I couldn't consign it because of COLOR. This person was rude and the owner would not get on the phone. I have been buying from this store for years, but I won't go in there again. WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM?

Tracy and his team are pretty nice people. Seem down-to-Earth. I've sold a few items here, but I've bought a bunch of stuff over the years. Be sure and ask for Zsa-Zsa when you go in. She is the Director of Public Relations for the shop and she will make sure you get lots of attention.

What great prices. Staff friendly and very knowledgable about merchandise. If you like something don't take too long deciding......and they get new things everyday. Another plus is the music...great therapy.

I have been shopping this store for 20 years and have found unbelievable deals. The charm is in the treasure hunt. Love the dog.
