I dropped my iPhone5 during a hiking trip and the screen was found broken. I went to the local Apple store and they suggested me to buy a replacement phone. So I decided to bring it to Conrad, just wanted to try my luck. Surprisingly I got a call from him after two hours and was told that my phone was ready to pick up. It looks like a new phone! Thanks for saving me a bunch!

my name is Vernon. I live a few minutes away in the Maxwell park area. My windows files would not load due to corruption from hard shutdowns. Conrad took a newer used computer that I had and transfered files from the older corrupted windows system checked and reinstalled the requested files from my corrupted older system. Got it done in ONE day! Thanks Condrad. Professional friendly service....
