I had a tattoo done here that left a bunch of scar tissue that didn't accept the ink leaving pink blotchy scar tissue areas amid the black ink. The "artist" went over the area with a 4 needle shader too many times trying to get the ink to darken more, which broke the skin causing the scabbing and scars.
