They put the conn in conntech. Leaching off of Saab owners who have no choice if not mechanically inclined themselves, conntech Saab has carved out a niche, dwindling, yet a niche in repairing Saab automobiles since the company went out of business. Unfortunately, as the number of Saabs on the road continue to decrease, individuals with the know how, or even the appearence of the know how, to repair these automobiles becomes more difficult to find. This is a fact not lost on conntech Saab. As the expectation is that if you have them look at, or even diagnose, a Saab, they believe that you are supposed to have them fix it for an obscene amount. Well, unfortunately conntech, that's not always the case. Less than helpful anyways, their attitude turns downright rude when they are turned down to do a repair. A terrific way to keep and attract business as any successful business owner would tell you. They will even go so far as to protect other mechanics who have done awful work at other repair shops on your Saab previously so as to not get them in trouble, but they expect you to have conntech fix the mistake and pay for it. By believing they are holding you hostage to have your Saab repaired, they see no problem with it. Well, Saab once thought it was above reproach once too, and now they no longer exist. Must be something in the Saab water that makes anyone associated with the company make horrible business decisions.

Mark and the crew made our 2004 95 Arc handle better than ever with 186,000 miles I was not expecting these results. I don't ANYONE touch my Saab but Conntech Saab Specialists. They are the best place that actually knows what they are doing with Saabs. Saabs are special cars and need special treatment. If you are a Saaber, you know what I mean. If not, get one and you'll see.
