Buyer beware! Service department - be ready to get busy signals and when your call does finally get in, you will be on hold for 30 minutes or longer.

General Management - will tell you working on a problem and never return your call.

Store Mangement - will tell you working on a problem and never return your call. One manager gave me his phone number to call when the service techinician...
