The hours of operation of this business need to be changed to "open at whatever time we feel like it". Our reservation was at 8am we did not even get into the store until 8:20 leaving the store at 8:45. We had our reservation at that time for a reason! A place of business should have employees come in a few minutes earlier than the time scheduled to be able to get computers up and running. And...
