Buyer Beware ! They do carry nice stuff, but most of their products and their repair rates are overpriced and their service department is slow.

Beware ! They do carry nice stuff, but their products and repair rates are overpriced and their service department is SLOW. They were extremely reluctant to even give me a repair quote, and instead asked me to simply set a limit as to how much I was ""willing to pay to get my lawn mower fixed"", and then as long as the cost was going to be less than that amount they would simply repair the mower and call me when it was ready. Who runs a business like this ?!? I finally got a quote out of them once they had diagnosed the problem, but when I went to pick it up the total cost was $60...
