I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The staff went out of their way to make both me and my pet feel welcome. Front of the house staff...AWESOME...Back of the house staff...AWESOME!. They always made sure that my pet is very very comfortable. Dr. J even gets right down on the floor with my dog...

A: No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Q: Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
A: No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Q: Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
A: Definitely...
