DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CONN'S!!!! We bought a really nice Samsung refrigerator from them and had to have them come back out and replace it twice because both times it was damaged by the delivery team. Then they were supposed to come out to replace it with the 3rd frig this evening between 6-9 and didn't show up or even call us! Unbelievable!!!! Have never experienced such poor customer...

Sounds hard to believe, but I just had a great experience with them during a refund. I returned a lawn mower (unused and closed box) and was given a refund even though their policy said they wouldn't accept a return on a gas powered item.... Sales rep said he would make a call and call me back, I thought I would never hear from him again!! Big props to the Conns in Edmond OK. They value...

I ordered a tv online from Conn's in Nov 2010 , simply because it was a great deal on a great tv. I called their customer service line a few days later, because I was going out of town and didn't want the tv to arrive before I was back.
