Followed their instructions to drop myself from COBRA and make my son the primary account holder. Setup auto-pay with my bank through their website. Then they cancelled my account without telling me. Now I can't afford ABA therapy for my son.

Conexis is another of those companies that administer Flexible Spending Accounts. They do a very poor job! My partner was hospitalized and this scumbag company cut off his account. They took 2 weeks to send a us notice! Nice way to treat a person recovering from a stroke. I hope everyone in your company has a stroke. God does my paybacks, and you will get yours!
