Well really unsure what just happened.... I just now purchased Diskkeeper Pro 2015 upgrade to my Diskkeeper 12 and received Diskkeeper 12 with the same licence I already have owned for the last 3 years?!?! wth?

These guys keep sending me spam despite declining and opting out multiple times far more than 10 days ago. From the number of one-star reviews, this company seems to be very poorly run.

Super annoying to ignore opt-out requests and in violation of the Can Spam act of 2003. They should probably actually read it. https //en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ CAN-SPAM_Act_of_2003

Diskeeper 2015 doesn't detect or defragment my USB drives. Diskeeper 2012 does it just fine. Both are Professional editions, so Condusiv really screwed up here. Did the manual defragment option disappear as well? All I see is "optimize" under Perform Manual Operations, and it doesn't seem to do anything since it's done in a second.

Pretty disappointed to say the least...two years of nothing,...

I'm using Diskeeper 12 on my home computer and find that it's a very versatile program. Lots of options and the dual-pane viewing is exactly why I made the purchase.

Purchased Undelete 10. Had some technical questions. Emailed the Condusiv tech support team. Not even a reply after 3 days! Would therefore not recommend dealing with this company.
