during my time here I've been broken into twice and everything fell apart easily, on top of it on game night the neighborhood was anything but quiet, police has to stop 7 fights minimum every game night.

Cheap place to live!

Concord is an okay place to live at. Heat is included which is great help during the cold MI days. Management is not the best and you have to pay attention to what they say because sometime some of their employees are not the best at their jobs. Rent is decent, cheapest in the area, but it is going up consistently.
