Unclear why I had to wait 20 minutes to "check out

They don't prioritize appointments vs walk ins so I'll wait for an hour anyway while walk ins get seen before me. Waiting to get checked out is just as bad - follow ups are a waste of time too.

I had come to Concentra for urgent care years ago. At the time, I expected a short wait before being seen by the doctor. WRONG! They apparently don't know...

The doctor prescribed the wrong medicine to a common urgent care problem. I spent 3 hours there and I walk over to Walgreens to get the prescription filled...
