This place is a joke. Went for pre employment physical and drug screen and was there a total of 4 hrs. Waited 3 hours before they even called me in for my physical and physical took an hour . If anyone has to get a pre employment or random done I suggest finding another location unless you have time to burn. Employees have no regard for you and the place has urgent care and take all urgent...

Very rude people working there at the front counter, no one know what is going on, I had an appointment for a blood test and physical, took two appointments and still didn't get the physical (just the blood test) because no one had any idea why I was there, couldn't find the paperwork and didn't bother to look too hard. Whent for Physical Therapy here at Concentra, and I must honestly say, that the whole entire staff has done such a wonderful job. Not only with me, but everyone is treated fairly, and with a warm, and cincere welcome.. thank u all, and the end results from being my last day for Physical Therapy, were great..
