They are great! Sure I've had to wait but where don't you wait to be seen. The employees are awesome!
Waited for more than an hour to be seen. once seen (for an emergency) they gave me an antibiotic and Ibuprofen... Wow I could have had my doctor order the antibiotic without waiting for 2 hours and gotten advil over the counter . good job Concentra......I didn't even see a doctor either....
Dr Lloyd Thurston, Center Medical Director, and nurses, were at best mean and condescending. At worst this place needs to be shut down STAT. What jerks!!! My best friend is writhing on the floor...
Not to thrilled by the wait 1 1/2 hour wait for a TB screen usually most places it's a walk in and out basis not here for sure. I also think the staff here could use a fine tuning in patient care not very nice especially on the phone.....one lady was very rude to another staff member in front of patients she could benefit from some retraining or better yet be promoted to patient with the type...
