This place used to have great customer service, until they hired a man who did them in. Now, after a year of my laptop being in and out of there, my laptop blew out completely. the man who worked for them has been fired and sure they offered to pay for half a battery (which I knew wasn't the problem), put the battery in and the entire motherboard blew. DO NOT GO HERE!
