Never take your computer here!!!! They had my computer for week and didnt do a damn thing! They made it worse and I ended up just taking all the broken pieces home finally! The guy in charage doesnt even fix the computers, he hires someone else to do it and takes your money. He is very unprofessional and is ruse to customers, when I would call he would act annoyed like I was bothering him! Bad!!

We went to computer universe to fix our computer. Not only did they make it worse but they charged us for an extra GB of memory that they never put in. When we went back to get the missing memory they told us that we had no proof that we did not steal it. So they stole from us and tried to blame it on us. They are over priced for everything, especially when you never receive what you paid for....

I went to have him do a repair install to fix a problem with my PC (which I would have done myself if I had the CD). Because I found his prices high, I tried to negotiate prices, but he arrogantly told me that his prices don't change and he didn't want my "cheap" business. He said he has good customers that spend a lot of money and he doesn't want anyone's business that is concerned with price....
