I called Jeff on the weekend. my computer went dead.he was able to be at my home in 1 hour and didn't charge extra for being a sunday.when I turned it on it was beeping, he told me that was a code to say what was wrong.He took the cover off and took something out and cleaned it and in 10 min. It was all working great.unreal.thxLinda

I picked up a dog at the shelter where jeff is a volunteer there.after 2 days i was going to return the dog because it was biting people.i did not have the money to pay jeff.
