Because the service man could not duplicate my trouble I was told they could not find the problem but they did find some vius and spyware which they eliminated. I bought my first computer from Greg and paid cash for it on a 90 days same as cash. It was suppose to be brand new, as it came right out of the box. Problems after problems with the computer. Being brand new, as I requested help from the company, even though still under full warranty...Greg wanted to charge me money to fix the problem.
