Used to be great - gone dramatically down hill

I used to both purchase many computer items and 3 computers here and use their service dept. Both dropped off dramatically over the years (although the main service guy is good). Customer service dropped dramatically each year the last couple years and I wonder how much longer they will be around.

Last time I was in, despite a multi-year long history on their computers and them seeing me...
