Terrible people to work with... They try to prey on people who are computer illiterate... By saying you need to this for a major computer repair... They always use the "I have an A+ from BBB... Can you show it or verify it? Please choose else where to repair your computer! I went there for a simple display fix, and my computer was there for 3-1/2 months and came back with the battery...

Found their service to be exceptional! This is one company that provides comprehensive service at a reasonable price. Had concerns about the new Windows 8 program and needed it installed in my new computer but am not tech savvy. Also needed to have files from old computers transferred.
