A friend told me about Computer Solutions and I drove to Colonial Heights from Midlothian. Russell was awesome!! I cannot say enough great things about this place. Best Buy told me I needed to buy a new laptop and Russell fixed mine today for just about nothing!!! He's a great guy. He's fair and wonderful customer service. I trusted him completely from the first time I spoke to him on the phone!!

Excellent customer service. Mr. Gates came by and fixed a networking problem that I was told could not be fixed by someone else. Highly recommend.

Russell, just picked up my hp, and working GREAT, except for one little thing. I'm missing my FAVORITES bar, so no way to access Favorites. Is there a way to get it back? Other than that, all seems to be working fine. smile emoticon
