The repair service was OK, removed a malware bug, although it took several days due to amount of pcs ahead of mine in their schedule. The problem was when the owner/manager YELLED at me furiously because I called and interrupted his dinner. I had called because when I got the computer home it would not start up, message saying it needed to run a repair program, and I didn't know what to do. I...

I called CP when my computer crashed. They came out and said that my computer needed to be completely rebuilt. They took it away for about a week. When they brought it back nothing worked as it should. They came back four times but could not repair my computer. They finally agreed to refund about half of my money. I would not recommend them to anyone for service.

I've taken my computer to CompUSA and BestBuy customer services before in the past to have it fixed. It takes forever for them to even get to your computer to just look at it. Computer Rescue is much faster. Their technicians get the job done much more efficiently and for a great price.
