I had a very negative experience with this repair shop. Because of unprofessioinal actions of Comp...

I had a very negative experience with this repair shop. Because of unprofessioinal actions of Computer Renaissance employees all data (personal documents, pictures, music and t.e.) was destroyed. They returned half of the money I paid without any apology or explanation and after me calling there for 10 days . I ask to speak with the manager, but he was too busy to talk with a customer.
