He is correct. I did receive multiple calls from this customer which I tried to avoid. I did return his call after he made threats and left numerous nasty voicemails. I wouldn¿t wish this customer on anyone. He made several anti Semitic comments but admits he's Jewish. You couldn't find a better place to get to get help for a busted machine. The diagnostics are free and recommendations are realistic about your cost options. I've used them twice (2 different machines) and would recommend them to anyone.
