Brought my laptop in to get a power jack repaired, was returned to me with the GPU completely fried (was working prior to taking it to him), and the joint for the screen totally jacked up so now I have to hold that down when opening/closing the screen. Filed a complaint with the BBB, received a response a month after his due date. $1,600 laptop brought in for a $75 repair, left with a $400+...
