by reading what you said i think some of it is clear that you might have been speaking to more then one person about your problem not knowing it was not the same person. make sure you get the name and try to keep talking to the same person you talked to. when you call back hours later and talk to new people...

My laptop was not charging anymore, I took it to them and they told me it was loose solder on the mainboard, I was told 2 hours of labor, and they stuck to it, I had my laptop back in 2 days and it was working like new.... the best $130 I have ever spent
