I just needed to replace the latch for my laptop and it took me more than 2 weeks to repair!!!!!\r They did not call me for the confirmation on what will be done and they told me the job will take 2 days to fix. I was very mad since I couldn't do my work properly but they didn't seem to care and sorry on their late work.

Fast, affordable and friendly staff. I was really panicking about loosing my data but the tech explained me and told me they will do everything to extract data from my defective hard drive and so they did. Over all great customer service and very professional.

Great, prompt service. Extracted data from my bad drive and fixed my laptop super fast. I highly recommend them over any computer service store. Tech was highly knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully I don't have anymore issues but if I'd, I'll go to computer drive
