Nice people, but they were unable to pull data off of my failing hard drive a few weeks ago with the software they have, and they charged me $25, a reasonable price but with no results. I took my hard drive to an amateur computer geek I know, and he was able to get all my data within minutes because of a specialized device he owns. This is after I chose to purchase a replacement Hard Drive from them for $90, in an effort to support local business; something I SHOULD have bought online, brand new for $35 cheaper. This just adds to my disappointment.
