I got a lot of computer hardware form these guys. They always have something on sale. The prices are low and the staff is really helpful.

My fiance took her PC in for diagnostics. Computer Deli charged her $51 just to tell her Windows needed to be reloaded. Wow... $51 for 15 minutes of scan time. That pencils out to $204/hour billable time. Did she get taken advantage of? Yes, according to friends who work in the IT field (including a couple who have worked for the Deli previously).

I'm not saying they do bad work......

Nice selection, pretty much the only place in town with all the computer guts (standoffs, cables, etc.) Slightly overpriced, but the place to go if you can't wait and order it online.

Computer Deli will not make any sale without recording your phone number. This includes cash sales. Even the ever-annoying Best Buy will back down if you refuse to provide one. Computer Deli has lost my...

Most of the employees are rude, they speak to you like you are brain dead, they gave me horrible advice which destroyed my motherboard and did nothing to make up for it except try to sell me another pc. All in all, after the one experience I had with these people, I walked out of there not with an upgraded pc like I wanted, but needing to buy a brand new pc.

I am a comuter nut. Actually you can say that I'm a freek when it comes to computer. But Peoria has a problem with having any good computer stores. Write now at this point the market is taken up with a place called "Computer Deli". The have all the stock you need and SOME of the employees provide good customer service, for the exception one one particular. The problem is that you should not go...
