FRAUDULENT company and they do not stand up to their word !! Either phone services or computer look at other options GO the extra mile YOU will benefit more!!!!

WORST EVER...Horrible experience they do not even have technicians in house they send all there work out. So they are a middle man. They do not stand up to their policies and are fraudulent do your research I am contacting the state for consumer protection.

HORRIBLE customer service skills! I called about my missing wireless adapter that was attached to my tower when I brought it in to be fixed. The woman who answered the phone was pleasent and said she would look into it and have the manager call me back. When he did not do so, I called him and he was VERY rude. Cut me off when I would try talking to him, overtalking me, even HANGING UP on me....

This place was fantastic. My laptop broke and I had clients waiting for their pictures and I was in a panic. I called to see what they could do for me. I had my computer there before they closed, and I had it back already the next morning at 10 AM. I am greatful for how understanding they were and respectful of another business owner that had a time line to follow. In the future if their...
