No way, stay away!

OMG, what a dump. Purchased a computer from them, it broke, support took WEEKS and it broke again in one day. Then I find water damage WAS THE CAUSE. I go for a visit and find out the roof ALWAYS leaks over the repair tables when it rains. IT WAS DRIPPING 'ON' LAPTOPS WHEN I LOOKED OVER THE COUNTER TOWARD THE BACK. Are these people nuts? They said I had to pay for everything so I just threw it...

I was told my computer would be finished in a day or two. It was given back to me a week later BROKEN and to top it all off I had no access to my itunes on my computer. I believe this business should not tell people that they can fix computers when all they do is brake them. Thanks for nothing!!! - Not Satisfied in Chicago Ridge.

I'm a tough customer to please, and negotiate for the best I can get. I'm also very hard to please. I am very pleased with the service I received. I was displeased with the Vista system that came with the computer I bought. It's slow and the computer didn't have enough memory to move fast either. What a letdown! I've used their services twice and referred a relative to them for hardware and software issues. Each time they were far better priced than their competitors, with fast turnaround times and excellent customer service. I am so glad I found them!
