Stay Away! Far away.

I brought my computer in to have the fan cleaned and repaired. When I picked it up the cover was broken and I could not open or close it properly. After giving me the runaround, I was told that there was nothing they could do for me and I needed to purchase a new cover.

So for the priviledge of costing me $75, I got screwed and now have to take it to another place to...

Kept my computer for three days, then told me they were unable to obtain the right part, then slapped a $45.00 de facto diagnostic fee on me, yet did absolutely nothing.
Sleazy outfit. Stay away!!!
