I took my cpu there to be repaired and they charged me $150 to replace a hard drive, only problem was that the new hard drive they gave me was bad too.

Every time I am in Compusa I receive impecable customer service. They are always very knowledgable and willing to giv eme suggestions. This is what I look for in a store. Their prices are comparable to Best...

It worked! ..Thank you Rip-Off Report!

I received the rebate check last friday. I will not debate with CompUSA on whether this report was responsible for the sudden issuance of the rebate check. The bottom line is that noone cared or bothered to respond to me until I posted the report here. Suddenly, everyone wants to help and the check is cut. David, If you bought the hub from the store and you still haven't received the rebate, then I suggest you come by the store and ask for me, Damon. CompUSA has a new procedure for helping to resolve rebate problems and we are doing our best to make customers in similar situations happy.
