No Richard or lady with multiple colored hair works at Compatible Computers, nor did they in October of 2010. This is not PC Pros or PC Wizard. None of these reviews have anything to do with Compatible Computers.

terrible customer service,expensive,overcharge for everything.Would not recommend them at all.I will not even go back to get the warranty honored!

Upon walking in the store, I was treated with courteous and politeness, however afterwards, it's been the worst type of customer service ever. To think that I tried to not shop at big box stores and support small/local business. But in this instance i'll stick with the boxy stores for better service. i'm not sure this review would mean anything, but if there is someone who cares about good...

Very dissatisfied for many reasons. One of the reasons is the computer was not repaired correctly and had to pay for it!

These people have no sense of customer service. After years of doing business with them (because I thought they were the only game in town), I have sworn off of them. I have consistently found them rude and arrogant. No more for me!
