Quaint is this best way to describe this restaurant. Nothing fancy but great food, ample portions, and friendly service. I had the shredded beef burrito with green sauce and my wife had a combo dinner with a taco and tostada. I was able to finish mine (barely) and she couldn't quite finish.

My husband and I enjoy Mexican cuisine, but our dietary needs have changed in that we don't eat rice, beans, or tortillas anymore. Florida, like most of the eastern half of the country is going through a little cold snap. If you like Mexican food this place will satisfy your craving. Small but comfortable, friendly and delicious. Will define tell go again when we come back to the area next year!

Compadres is a great Mexican restaurant with good service close to everything in Englewood we have been going there for years and the staff has our drinks ready when they welcome us at the door....
