WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I've returned a ASTAR 27" flat-screen television and got too many runarounds of my refund. To date, no refund. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE STAY IN BUSINESS, THEY MUST BE STOPPED!

I purchased a flat screen TV and returned it and to date I have no refund given to me. I have the NJ consumer affairs investigating them. THEY MUST BE STOPPED! Worst customer service ever! The owner of the company doesn't want to even acknowledge consumers. Too much excuses not to come on the phone - DO MANKIND SOME GOOD AND DISENGAGE YOUR COMPANY!!!!

fixed up the computer

i gave the computer to fix they did it in 1 day and they charge only $55.00 for it and when i went to bestbuy they wanted $175 to backup and reninstall the operating system and they wanted 1 week nice guys to work with them
