My husband and I moved here June 2014. Great place to live! Well maintained apartments and grounds, maintenance requests are handled promptly and adequately, staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great (walk to Como Park, 10 min to Rosedale, near busline, close access to major freeways). Very glad we found this place!

Me and my husband just moved to these apartments and we already love them! The staff was great and made it an easy process to apply and were very quick to get back to us! My baby is due within a week and I wanted to make sure everything was ready! They were very accommodating! Apartments are nice and the amenities are definitely a plus! Highly recommend Como park apartments!

I have lived here over 13 years and love it. The repairs are prompt and grounds kept nice looking. Nice quiet place to live.

Como Park Apartments

This complex is a great place to live in. It's right next to the Como Zoo, Lake Como, the State Fair grounds, and many other fun attractions. They have an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, saunas, a basketball court, and a tennis court. They owners are very nice and personable.
