I had the most awful purchasing experience in my life. The practices are very shady and untrustworthy. We were already pre-approved through our bank for the purchase of the vehicle. only put one star cause i didn't have the option to put no stars. to have your vehicle with a warranty issue towed to that location (by a company their service department says they use), only to find out about a month later that they will not foot the bill because i did not use road side assistance and they did not attempt to contact the warranty company on my behalf because they gave miss...
