Dr. Carter is rude and does not appear to know what he is talking about. He is not afraid to discuss your reason for visiting the emergency room loudly enough for the whole department and all the other patients to hear. He also ignores your medical history when determining what is wrong with you, and will take medical custody of your children even when child services does not see reason for the...

I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness throughout my visits these past months. And today while my daughter was getting treatment in was approached by several from nursing to housekeeping who remembered me and asked how I was doing! Thank you all for your generosity and prayers.
