Common Grounds

I'm a stickler for a good system. This place is plain inefficient. But say you're in their shoes—what would you do?

Great place for studying all day or meeting up with friends. The coffee and teas are pretty standard. The pastries are excellent. The food is pretty bad. I can't hate on CG though, they've gotten me through many a finals week.

Some of the employess here are super nice, but more often than not, the service is poor. The lady I spoke with recently was not very accommodating. It seems like the appeal is their specialty drinks, but they are incredibly too sweet for me and can hardly even taste the coffee. I've given it too many chances and have continuously been let down. You can get 10x better service at A Cup of...

A step above most other Hip coffee houses. Pretty decent latte. Cinnamon muffin was standard food service but decent enough.

Though I love this place...their wifi is so spotty that I start to take my business elsewhere. I love to sit in there and eat and drink and work - but it's hard to do when the wifi is in and out...mostly out.
