I had an account in good standing with Commerce for at least ten years until I had some disputed items that I was billed for. Their dispute department did not help me at all to resolve this, even though the charges were to my Visa Logo Debit Card and even though I gave them significant evidence there was never any sort of real inquiry done into my dispute or it would have been resolved.
