The hot tub did not work. I called Jeanie when I arrived because the tub was not reaching an appropriate temperature. First off, they do have a sister company Comfy Condos, which is actually in the town of Leavenworth...the cabins are, much to our dismay, 40 miles from it. I called to book this in secret for my boyfriend and I for Oktoberfest, which neither of us have ever been to. I asked several times about the shuttle and how far it was from the main event, I was told minutes! Oh and the shuttle, again I was told they run regularly, yeaaaahh, no. There is one shuttle, twice a day, the bus system is ancient and the local businesses have no idea about a schedule. I had asked if I should book a shuttle and...
