Very clean and staff is very hospitable. We stay here every time we visit New Bern. All rooms have a view of the water. Rooms with a balcony are an additional $20. Sparkling pool with plenty of space around the pool if you just want to sit in the sun. Meet and Greet at 5:30pm-7pm offers complimentary beer/wine with snacks. A great place to stop and stay. The river front part has space for the kids to run around safely, or adults can have a romantic walk along along the Neuse River. There are many chain hotels to stay at, but the location of this hotel makes it special. We had a defect in our room (an off odor) and the front desk immediately sent a maintenance man (and this was Saturday night!). They offered...
