The hotel was cozy and clean. The staff were very forthcoming with information so I did not have to ask a lot of questions. I loved the shuttle. The drivers were informative and helpful. Beautiful room, very clean, comfortable beds, hotel staff was very nice, helpful and accommodating. It was nice to get wonderful recommendations from the hotel staff as they knew the area very well. Free onsite parking. Free shuttle to downtown. Nice complementary breakfast.

My room was dirty and dusty. The TV did not work, but that was resolved by the staff. There Was only one elevator and since I was with a group there was always a back up.
Stairway access was from the outside of the facility which was inconvienent.
